Policies
- Late checkout (between 13:00 and 19:00) when possible: 50€ extra
- Security deposit (returned on checkout and satisfactory apartment inspection): 200€
- No guests under 21 years of age
- No smoking in the flat and building
- Pets not allowed
- Supplement for cleaning upon departure
- Please be considerate of your neighbors below you. Refrain from being loud and wearing hard-soled shoes and other noisy footwear indoors, especially at night.
